Key Responsibilities:

Saylee has a diverse range of IT helpdesk responsibilities with a particular focus on prompt support and timely management of issues raised.  Over the years, Saylee has gained significant experience managing license renewals for WPS and Sage applications as well as quoting and processing of SSL Certificates, Anti-Virus, Domain and Server licenses. 

Before coming to the UK, Saylee worked in India with leading organisations including Tata Motors and KPIT as an IT and Operations Engineer.

In her spare time, Saylee enjoys cooking as well as watching cricket and football with her husband.
