Last year Solab & Onboard Tracker sponsored the boys abseiling and rock climbing, so this year we set the 46th and 53rd Boys Brigade a new mountain bike challenge at the 2017 Summer Camp on the banks of Loch Tay in Perthshire.
Boys were able to test their skills on beams, and ramps before trying out the kilometre long trail complete with rock runs and jumps.
During the Camp the Boys also had the chance to try other activities: kayaking, crate climbing, swimming, climbing wall, hill walking, putting and visit to nearby Crannog centre as well as a trip to the Wallace Monument near Stirling.
Many thanks to Michael, one of our IT Support team here at Solab, for his dedication as a Leader in the Boy’s Brigade and for helping to organise the Camp. Well done!

About 46th Boys’ Brigade
The 46th Aberdeen Company meets at South St Nicholas Church, Kincorth, Aberdeen. We meet on Friday evenings from 6.00pm and provide activities for Boys aged 5 and over. The Boys’ Brigade is a Christian uniformed organisation for Boys and offers a programme of activities that aims to make a positive contribution to a young person’s life. Here in Kincorth, with support from the Church, we aim to promote the work of the BB and most of all – allow the Boys to meet together and enjoy themselves.
