The Business Support Graduate will be given the opportunity to show us what they can bring to the company whilst gaining experience in all of our business support functions including operations, finance, contracts, software support, software consulting, PowerBI analytics, IT support, business development and marketing. Use the knowledge and skills learned at University to help us provide great customer support in a fast-paced technology company, whilst learning from seasoned professionals. The role also comes with an amazing, comprehensive training package in association with ONE TechHub


Business Support Graduate



  • You must be a recent Graduate with a relevant IT or Business Degree
  • You must live in Aberdeen or Aberdeenshire. Position is office based so that training and support can be provided
  • Have an excellent, high level set of IT skills including MS Excel to an advanced level
  • Have excellent English skills, both oral and written
  • Be adaptable and have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Have great interpersonal skills



  • Domain knowledge of the IT Support or Energy & Renewables Industries
  • Knowledge of personnel logistics, certification, competence, HR or recruitment
  • Previous experience in a business, IT or software role
  • Immediate start



  • A strong work ethic and desire to complete works to a high standard
  • Must enjoy deep-diving into technical topics, sharing your knowledge with co-workers and the community
  • A quick and keen learner of new technologies and tools
  • Effective interpersonal communication and strong problem solving skills – excellent at communicating to external and internal teams
  • Strong attention to detail and task ownership skills
  • Capable of quickly learning business processes
  • Enjoy working and socialising in a team
