Course Overview

Windows XP is a line of operating systems produced by Microsoft for use on personal computers, including home and business desktops, laptops, and media centers.

This course provides a broad foundation for students so that they will have a greater awareness and confidence using personal computers. Students will gain information and skills, such as customizing the taskbar and desktop, customizing windows, the free programs and working with pictures and multimedia.

Course Pre-requisites

Users must have knowledge of using Windows XP at foundation level and we recommend attending our “Microsoft Windows XP Foundation” Course.

Module 3: Working with Multimedia

Module 4: Networking

Module 5: Optimising & Maintaining your Computer

Course Completion

You will have the ability to manage personal files and folders that they create, and how to use many of the programs that come with Windows XP.

On completion of the course you will receive a certificate.
